Products purchased through INR Pay's marketplace may be eligible for refunds or returns subject to the respective vendor's return and refund policy. Customers are advised to review vendor-specific terms before placing orders.
Successfully processed mobile recharges, DTH recharges, and utility bill payments are generally non-refundable. Refunds may only be considered in cases of failed transactions where payment is deducted but the service is not successfully completed.
If a payment is deducted from your account but the transaction fails, INR Pay will initiate verification with its payment partners. Eligible refunds are typically processed back to the original payment source after successful verification.
Affiliate commissions, referral rewards, bonuses, and incentive earnings are subject to verification and compliance checks. INR Pay reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or cancel rewards associated with fraudulent or invalid activities.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 15 business days, depending on the payment method, banking partner, and transaction type.
