INR Pay operates a multi-vendor marketplace where products and services may be offered by independent sellers. Product pricing, availability, delivery, and warranties are the responsibility of the respective vendors.
Users participating in affiliate, referral, or reward programs must comply with platform guidelines. Fraudulent referrals, fake accounts, or manipulated activities may result in commission cancellation and account suspension.
INR Pay facilitates secure digital transactions through trusted payment partners. All payments are subject to verification, security checks, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Users shall not engage in fraudulent transactions, account manipulation, unauthorized access attempts, fake referrals, harmful software distribution, or any activity that may disrupt the INR Pay ecosystem.
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service or product. Successfully processed digital services, recharges, and utility bill payments may not be refundable. Marketplace refunds are subject to vendor-specific policies.
INR Pay shall not be liable for indirect losses, service interruptions, third-party failures, vendor disputes, telecom issues, banking delays, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
